1. Are there any additional charges, duties or taxes?

International orders are not subject to any tax, but may incur an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.

 

2. How long will shipping take?

Your item(s) will take about 15 to 20 working days to arrive after the order has been ship out. It usually takes 24-48 hours to process when we get your payment.

 

3. What are the Discount Coupons and how can I get and use them?

Discount coupons can be issued to customers as part of special promotions. Every return customer will have a right to apply for a coupon code after the previous order arrive. The discount coupons may have different values and varying expiry dates. The coupons can only be used before the expiry date. This rule is valid after your first order without returning or exchange.

 

4. How do I know if I got a suitable size?

You should select the correct size you need before you checkout. We are not responsible for the size not fit right. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

 

5. Do you do back orders?

We don't do back orders. If the item (s) you ordered are out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

 

6. Can I change or cancel my order after order has be placed?

Please contact with us in 24 hours when you pay us if you want to cancel or change order.  But 10% fees will be charged. We are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case. We will cancel your incorrect order if a change need to be made for your order within 24 hours before being shipped. Then you can place a new correct order.

 

7. How can I make a return or exchange?

If you are not really satisfied with your purchase, size confusion, a defective merchandise when it arrive, we will be pleasure to accept a return for appropriate refund or exchange for a replacement under our consultation.The details please read our "Return&Exchange" police.

 

8 It's been two weeks, where is my order?

Though we do not expect this to happen, if there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you immediately. We will keep in contact with you from the time you place your order until you receive your delivery. Once your order ships, the tracking number will automatically be emailed to you, so there is no need to email us asking if your package has shipped, as we usually notify customers the same day their orders ship.
